Series support and measurement technology
Our quality engineers support your future series part as early as the prototype and tool planning stage: we support APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) with customized service modules.
Take advantage of our measuring technology capacities for your initial sampling: high-precision 3D coordinate measuring machine (ZEISS Contura), optical measuring microscope and other measuring equipment are available in-house at Intensa and we are happy to design and supply customer and project-specific test fixtures!
As soon as your product goes into series production, we contribute to a smooth ramp-up.
Intensa not only brings your product into series production, but also supports it on request until after the ramp-up or over its entire service life.

Figure 1: Here you can see a customized leak test device for an inverter housing of an electric vehicle (BEV)
Figure 2: shows a partially specific test adapter for HV testing of an E-box cover to test for short-circuit risk.
Figure 3: In the small series production of EMC filters for a DCDC converter, we use a 100% EOL (End of Line) test fixture that is specially tailored to our customer's requirements.
