Our engineers with extensive knowledge of manufacturing and tool technologies work for your project's success - with state-of-the-art software and hardware and connected via a high-speed fiber optic network!
With the CAD systems PTC Creo™ and Catia™ and the interface formats STEP and Parasolid, we are sure to meet your requirements from concept design to the creation of production documentation.
To validate our designs, we use Creo™ in-house and Ansys™ and Multiphysics™ from external partners as CAE simulation tools.
In addition, we take on responsible tasks such as project management, FMEA moderation, QVP advance quality planning and PPAP initial sampling and approval support, depending on your requirements.

We develop complex assemblies and individual parts for you either according to existing specifications or in collaboration with you. Above you can see HV assemblies such as PDU Power Distribution Unit, E-Axis and Power Inverter for e-mobility as well as a BJB Battery Junction Box.
However, we also apply our expertise in the professional design of sophisticated plastic-metal composite parts to your components, e.g. connector parts, motor switch rings, housings, etc.
The development projects are usually carried out as contract developments, and we also carry out our own preliminary developments up to the patent application stage - on which you can build your customized solution and thus save time and money!
